The professional will be responsible for direct customer interaction, equipment registration, support throughout the assistance process, and offering products and services. **Main Responsibilities:** * Attend to and guide customers at the counter; * Register customer and equipment information; * Dispatch equipment to technicians; * Inform customers about service timelines and progress; * Promote and sell additional products and services; * Assist in organizing the customer service area. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Experience in customer service and sales; * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor; * Basic knowledge of electronics is a plus.
