




Job Summary: The professional will execute the complete sales process, from initial customer contact through to post-contact follow-up, demonstrating in-depth product knowledge and monitoring negotiations. Customer prospecting and ongoing sales tracking. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed high school education; * Valid Brazilian driver's license (Category B); * Commercial experience. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Execute all steps of the company's Sales Process during customer interactions—from initial approach through sales techniques to post-contact follow-up; * Demonstrate mastery and knowledge of product features, advantages, and benefits; * Daily registration in the Syonet Sales System of interaction history via phone, e-mail, showroom visits, prospecting activities, vehicle demonstrations, test drives, negotiations, lost sales with reasons, delivery scheduling, and follow-ups; * Systematically prospect customers using the company’s internal databases or externally acquired ones, aiming to achieve individual targets; * Monitor ongoing sales and other customer requests to ensure fulfillment of all agreed-upon sales conditions; * Stay updated on products and new launches; complete all training programs offered by the dealership and manufacturer; * Propose special actions and terms to customers based on market opportunities and threats; * Assist in verifying and displaying vehicles in the showroom; * Participate in external events when required, presenting vehicles and managing the sales process.
