Responsibilities: * Complete online or in-person training/courses, with a certificate of completion; * Focus on results and achieving sales targets for new vehicles; * Organize the showroom according to manufacturer display guidelines; * Prospect clients via phone, email, or social media; * Daily lead follow-up according to company policy; * Identify and understand customer needs, providing personalized solutions; * Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle model features; * Fill out internal customer service workflow processes through the NBS system; * Monitor all sales stages from negotiation to final vehicle delivery.
