We are looking for a dynamic professional focused on customer service and with strong negotiation skills to convert sales opportunities and increase customer satisfaction. #### **Main responsibilities:** * Welcome and attend customers at the dealership or through digital channels, understanding their needs and guiding them on available vehicle options. * Demonstrate vehicles, highlighting their features, technical specifications, functionalities, and benefits, as well as conducting test drives for customers. * Negotiate prices, payment terms, financing rates, and accessory and service packages, aiming to meet customer expectations and dealership targets. * Finalize sales by completing all necessary documentation (contracts, registration forms, financing documents) and following the process through to vehicle delivery. * Maintain contact with customers after the sale, performing post-sale follow-up and working to retain them for future transactions. * Conduct active prospecting of new customers using social media, events, auto shows, and external contacts to expand the dealership's customer base. * Meet established sales targets, reporting negotiations/results to management and adjusting strategies when necessary. * Stay updated on vehicle models, technological innovations, and market trends by participating in training provided by the company and manufacturer. #### **Requirements:** * High school diploma or higher education in Administration, Marketing, or related fields. * CNH: National Driver's License (category B). * Excellent communication, persuasion, negotiation, and customer orientation skills. * Proactive profile with a focus on results and exceeding sales targets. #### **Benefits:** \[Include benefits offered by the operation]
