We seek a dynamic professional focused on customer service and skilled in negotiation to convert sales opportunities and increase customer satisfaction. #### **Main responsibilities:** * Greet and serve customers at the dealership, via digital channels, or externally, understanding their needs and advising them on available vehicle options; * Demonstrate vehicles, highlighting their features, technical specifications, functionalities, and benefits, and conduct test drives for customers; * Negotiate prices, payment terms, financing rates, and accessory and service packages, aiming to meet both customer expectations and dealership goals; * Finalize sales by completing all required documentation (contracts, registration forms, financing documents) and overseeing the process until vehicle delivery to the customer; * Maintain contact with customers after the sale, conducting post-sales follow-up and seeking to retain them for future negotiations; * Actively prospect new customers using social media, events, automotive fairs, and external contacts to expand the dealership’s customer base; * Achieve established sales targets, reporting negotiations/results to management and adjusting strategies as needed; * Stay updated on vehicle models, technological innovations, and market trends by participating in training programs offered by the company and vehicle manufacturers; * Perform other duties inherent to the role. #### **Requirements:** * Completed high school education or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields. * CNH: National Driver’s License (Category B). * Excellent communication, persuasion, negotiation, and customer-oriented skills. * Proactive profile, focused on results and exceeding sales targets. #### **Benefits:** * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance; * Meal Allowance; * Life Insurance; * Total Pass.
