Job Summary: Responsible for the mechanical and electrical assembly of high-complexity refrigeration systems, ensuring technical integrity and Coldlab quality standards. Key Highlights: 1. Assembly of high-complexity refrigeration systems. 2. Perform mechanical and electrical assembly of ultrafreezers and climate chambers. 3. Conduct performance tests and interpret technical diagrams. Responsible for the mechanical and electrical assembly of high-complexity refrigeration systems, including cascade ultrafreezers, climate chambers, and thermostatic baths, ensuring technical integrity and Coldlab quality standards. **Key Responsibilities** * **Refrigeration Cycle Assembly:** Installation of compressors, condensers, evaporators, and expansion devices. * **Piping and Brazing:** Perform cutting, bending, and brazing (silver solder/foscoper) on copper piping with emphasis on preventing leaks and blockages. * **Vacuum and Refrigerant Charging:** Execute rigorous vacuum and refrigerant charging procedures (including high-pressure gases and blends for ultra-low temperatures). * **Electrical Assembly:** Installation of control panels, digital controllers, sensors (PT100/NTC), and organization of electrical harnesses. * **Performance Testing:** Monitor equipment "start\-up", tracking pressures, currents, and setpoint attainment. * **Technical Reading:** Interpret electrical diagrams and mechanical technical drawings.
