




Job Description: A foundry company is seeking a professional with experience in Quality (Management and Processes) within the foundry and metallurgy sector. You will be responsible for ensuring that the final product meets customer specifications and market standards through efficient management of processes, people, and the quality management system. Mandatory Requirements: * Essential: Bachelor’s degree (Quality Management, Metallurgy, or Chemistry) * Essential: Knowledge of Quality Control * Essential: Knowledge of ISO 9001/14001 * Essential: Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite — Word, Excel, PowerPoint * Desirable: Quality tools: FMEA, MAS, IMDS, MASP, PPAP, APQP * Desirable: Minimum 2 years’ proven experience in coordination or leadership roles in Quality within metallurgical/foundry environments. Job Responsibilities: * Ensure product quality and maintain the Management System. * Support production departments in process standardization and in-line quality control. * Metal and Process Quality Control: Monitor mold fabrication, furnace pouring, and metal quality as well as other raw materials, ensuring adherence to technical standards. * Coordinate the team of quality inspectors and technicians, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives. * Develop training programs and documentation for the Quality Department. * Define and implement corrective actions to ensure process compliance. * Manage the analytical laboratory and ensure effectiveness of quality controls. * Manage quality indicators (non-conformities, rework, returns, etc.) and propose corrective and preventive action plans. * Ensure traceability and document control within the department.
