We'd love to meet you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide psychological counseling to employees facing vulnerability—such as physical or mental health issues, financial difficulties, or family-related challenges—conducting psychotherapy sessions and documenting them in medical records, while adhering to ethical principles and organizational scope limitations. * Perform psychological intake and ongoing monitoring of mental health cases, including follow-up for hospitalized patients when necessary. * Conduct organizational climate surveys and prepare diagnostics regarding stress factors, absenteeism, and interpersonal conflicts. * Identify problems and situations affecting employee health and develop collective preventive initiatives. * Design, implement, evaluate, and monitor health programs and policies. * Develop mental health indicators, maintain and analyze them, and formulate actions to improve them. * Discuss specific cases with Nurses, Examining Physicians, and the Coordinating Physician to ensure multidisciplinary care for employees. * Analyze psychosocial factors in the workplace and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to comply with NR-1 (Brazilian Regulatory Standard No. 1). * Participate in Occupational Risk Management (GRO) activities, identifying and assessing psychosocial risks that may impact workers’ mental health. * Support the implementation and monitoring of the Risk Management Program (PGR), per NR-1 guidelines. * Prepare technical reports and behavioral indicators to support HR and occupational health management decisions. * Issue reports and other information related to Mental Health. * Assist and participate in labor proceedings involving Mental Health cases. * Conduct psychosocial assessments for employees performing high-risk tasks, as indicated by Nurses, Examining Physicians, and/or the Coordinating Physician. * Deliver lectures, training sessions, and educational campaigns on topics such as mental health, moral harassment, emotional intelligence, among others. * Comply with labor legislation, Regulatory Standards (especially NR-1, NR-7, and NR-17), and the Psychologist’s Code of Professional Ethics. * Perform other related duties. **Requirements and Qualifications** This position requires the following from the candidate: **Education:** Completed undergraduate degree in Psychology. **Experience:** Experience in Organizational Psychology, Occupational Health, or Work Psychology. * Active CRP (Regional Psychology Council) registration; * Flexible availability for work hours; * Knowledge of Occupational Psychology; * Proficiency in organizational diagnostic tools and climate assessment; * Experience in psychological intake and conflict mediation; * Familiarity with Occupational Risk Management (GRO), Risk Management Program (PGR), and NR-1; * Basic computer skills; * Preferred knowledge of SGA (Environmental Management System) and SGQ (Quality Management System). **Additional Information** **Learn about some of our benefits:** * Attendance bonus * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Profit-sharing program (PPR) * On-site cafeteria * Life insurance * TotalPass * Charter transportation * Meal allowance * Pharmacy allowance All positions are also open to persons with disabilities. #### **CAOA Automotive Assembly Plant is located in the city of Anápolis, in the state of Goiás, and is considered one of Brazil’s largest automotive technology hubs.
