After all, it is 100% Brazilian—and crafted by people who truly believe in the words of our founder: ***“Hard work conquers all!”***. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Work at points of sale, performing product restocking, shelf organization and cleaning, and strategic placement of Ypê products to boost sales. * Approach consumers to increase direct sales and disseminate knowledge about Ypê products—providing technical information and clarifying consumer questions. * Execute campaigns, ensuring customers understand and engage with MPDVs (merchandising materials) and creative extra-end displays, aligned with company strategy. * Implement practical actions to enhance company value (its values and brand), promote best execution practices, and strengthen customer relationships to ensure successful negotiations. * Restock products prioritizing items with the highest stockout rate, following the Execution Guide, and price them accordingly. * Carry out cross-merchandising activations, displaying products according to consumption occasions. * Monitor points of sale by conducting daily mobile-based execution surveys and reporting competitor activities, new launches, MPDVs, campaigns, and other relevant insights to your immediate supervisor—supporting company decision-making. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School education; * Prior experience as a sales promoter in the consumer goods sector is desirable. **Worth noting:** Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and Saturdays from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM. **Additional Information** **Here’s what we offer:** * Monthly product basket. * Health and dental insurance plans. * “Cuidar” Program: focused on health care and social assistance for you and your family. * Meal allowance. * PPR — Profit Sharing Plan. * Payroll-deducted loan. * Study grant. * Life insurance with coverage up to 24 monthly salaries. * Gym benefit (Wellhub).
