After all, it is 100% Brazilian and built by people who truly believe in the words of its founder: ***"Hard work conquers all!"***. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support the production line using departmental methods and tools, and organize the production team's meal schedule. * Communicate with specialists from other shifts to analyze issues, anticipate solutions, and jointly map anomaly reports with operations. * Guide operations in label issuance, support the production line during productivity issues, and conduct periodic productivity rounds. * Periodically verify the Production Technical Standard (PTS) and monitor production scheduling to ensure processes are carried out correctly. * Know and apply conscious consumption practices and natural resource conservation in accordance with the company’s SSMA policies, understanding environmental impacts and risks, as well as familiarizing oneself with emergency response procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School; * Completed Technical Education or currently pursuing a University degree. **Worth noting:** ***Monday to Saturday, from 5:45 AM to 2:05 PM.*** **Additional Information** **Here’s what we offer:** **Our Benefits – Caring for You at Every Stage of Life** ============================================================== At Ypê, we believe our people deserve well-being, security, and real growth opportunities.
