Manage Quality Management documents and non-conforming products. We are seeking a Production Scheduler to work at a company located in Caxias do Sul/RS. Employment type is CLT, with a salary of R$ 18/hour + benefits. Working hours are Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 11:50 AM and from 1:02 PM to 5:00 PM. **Responsibilities:** * Perform production programming and planning according to demand and productive capacity, aiming to meet targets and fulfill orders; * Analyze material requirements and issue purchase orders, monitoring material receipt; * Issue production orders and sequence them accordingly; * Control production and data entry, renegotiate delivery deadlines with the sales department and reprogram production as needed, addressing production delays; * Analyze and monitor production performance using the MES (CODI) system; * Control Quality Management documents and non-conforming products; * Train and supervise operators on resource utilization, work results, and efficiency; * Prepare PPAP; * Handle specific customer requests; * Maintain a clean and organized workplace. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; preferably pursuing a university degree in Administration, Engineering, or Technology-related fields; * Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing; * Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings; * Metrology; * PCP methodology. **Benefits:** * Meal allowance of R$ 25.00/day; * Fuel allowance of R$ 15.00/day; * Unifácil Health Plan (50% employee contribution after probation period) or Health Allowance of R$ 150.00.
