We are guided by values that shape all our interactions at work—ethics and integrity underpin all business relationships, alongside humility, commitment, and diversity. **Job Description** * Review occurrences reported in the deseeding report prepared by the shift operator; verify machine operation and equipment settings, and verbally inform the shift supervisor when repairs are needed (escalated to Operator II or III); * Perform daily cleaning of the magnetic systems in deseeding machines, decorticators, defibrillators, and linter beaters to prevent quality issues and fire hazards; * Continuously monitor deseeding machines to ensure they are adequately filled with seeds from the surge bin, thereby guaranteeing uninterrupted production; * Blow out decorticators and brush safety sieves using compressed air hoses to maintain cleanliness and optimal hygiene conditions in the area, preventing equipment failure; * Collect and record samples of deseeded seed, decorticated hulls, linter, and woolly seed destined for crushing, according to the scheduled sampling times, and deliver them to the oil laboratory at the end of the shift; * Blow out defibrillator screens and HF (short fiber) beaters using compressed air hoses to improve cellulose quality and ensure linter quality standards; * Guide and supervise operational assistants in performing their daily tasks and in organizing and maintaining equipment; * Maintain and safeguard equipment, instruments, and tools under one’s responsibility, inspecting them whenever necessary; * Monitor, when required, the final stage of the hull system/hull storage process; * Perform confined space work to unclog elevators, with required documentation. **Qualifications** Availability to work on a 6x2 rotating schedule. **Additional Information** **Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity** Diversity is part of our DNA.
