About the Role Alcoa is seeking a Production Operator A to join our team at the Anode Casting Unit within the Alumar Reduction Plant in São Luís, Maranhão. Key responsibilities include: * Cleaning and organizing the area and equipment; * Operating the anode dispatch and classification station; * Operating the overhead transportation system (Power & Free) and the rod heating system; * Complying with safety standards, policies, and operational procedures. What You Can Bring to This Role * Education: High School Diploma; * Preferred: Participation in any Alumar Operator Training Program, e.g., Young Apprentice; * Preferred: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; * Requirement: Availability to work under a 6x3 shift schedule.
