Development within a visual communication and industrial environment **Production Line Feeder:** *Location: Montese – Fortaleza/CE.* *Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 7:45 AM to 5:25 PM\.* *Work Mode: On-site.* **About the Position:** This role is one level above Production Assistant. We seek a professional with hands-on factory-floor experience, capable of operating across all production stages with autonomy, responsibility, and mastery of manual and mechanical processes. **Main Responsibilities:** Operate across the entire visual communication production process, including cutting, assembly, sanding, drilling, gluing, painting, polishing, and finishing of facades, box letters, signage, trophies, and metal structures, using industry-specific tools and machinery, ensuring quality, organization, and on-time delivery. **Mandatory Requirements:** Completed high school education. Experience in production within the visual communication segment or in industrial environments such as metallurgy, aluminum fabrication, window/door manufacturing, or screen printing. Hands-on experience with cutting tools, sanders, drills, polishers, grinders, and finishing processes. Proactive, organized, and responsible profile. **The company offers:** Salary: BRL 1\.800,00 to BRL 2\.000,00 (based on experience). Transportation allowance or fuel subsidy (BRL 150,00\).
