**Production Assistant** **AVAILABILITY TO WORK IN CAUCAIA / POSITION ALSO AVAILABLE FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES (PCD)** **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in assembly, cutting, pressing, gluing, and finishing stages of joints and seals; * Supply raw materials and components to machines and production lines; * Conduct basic visual inspections to identify defects in parts; * Perform cleaning and organization of the work area; * Sort, package, and label finished products according to production orders; * Support machine operators during setup, tool changes, and simple adjustments; * Meet the company’s established quality and productivity standards; * Comply with safety regulations and properly use personal protective equipment (PPE); **Desired Qualifications:** * Completed elementary or high school education; * Prior experience in the automotive or metallurgical industry (preferred); * Ability to work effectively in a team and attention to detail; **Behavioral Competencies:** * Commitment and punctuality; * Proactivity and discipline; * Ability to follow technical instructions; * Commitment to quality and workplace safety.
