Official website: **www.vaholding.com.br** **ABOUT THE POSITION** We have an open opportunity for a **Production Assistant**, who will provide operational support for preparation, basic maintenance, and finishing of mechanical products, as well as assist with organization and dispatch of equipment. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Assist in preparing mechanical products * Perform operational tasks such as sanding, painting, and basic adjustments * Assist with oil changes and simple inspections * Support assembly and initial testing of products * Prepare equipment for shipping and dispatch * Maintain an organized and safe workplace Follow safety regulations and proper use of PPE **REQUIREMENTS** * No prior experience required * Willingness to learn and develop professionally * Commitment, responsibility, and attention to detail * Ability to work in a team Advantages (not mandatory) * Basic experience with hand tools * Prior knowledge of general services or maintenance WORK SCHEDULE * Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00
