Teamwork and commitment Tire recycling industry seeks: ***Production Assistant*** **Job Description:** **Production Supervisor:** Responsible for feeding conveyor belts with tires, unloading trucks carrying tires, technical cleaning of waste, etc. * **Salary: R$ 1.681,00** * **Attendance bonus: R$ 200.00 + Basic food basket** * **Night shift allowance (average R$400.00)** * **Seniority bonus: 5% per year up to 20%** * **Meals** * **Transportation voucher** **Requirements:** * Completed high school * Minimum age of 18 * Experience in manual labor (loading/unloading, masonry, etc.) **Expected Behavioral Traits:** Agility, time management, attention, proactivity, teamwork, commitment.
