Grow into the future while valuing the present? **Join us to make new achievements possible!** **Responsibilities and Duties** **What will your day-to-day look like?** * Card issuers (banks, fintechs, retailers, cooperatives). * Card networks (Visa, Mastercard, Elo, Amex) or acquirers/sub-acquirers. * Card lifecycle: * Onboarding and credit approval * Credit limit granting and management * Transaction authorization and settlement * Billing, installment plans, interest, revolving credit * Cancellation and delinquency prevention * Related products: * Physical and digital cards * Wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay) * Engagement with **Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid models**. * Creation and prioritization of a **business-value-oriented backlog**. * Writing **clear user stories**, acceptance criteria, and frequent refinements. * Definition and monitoring of **product KPIs** and **OKRs**. * Experience with **continuous discovery** (MVPs, A/B testing, experimentation). **Requirements and Qualifications** **What do we expect from you?** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Prior experience with credit card acquisition onboarding across multiple channels; * Prior experience with the credit card payment journey (billing, installments, PIX, etc.). **Before anything else, know that you’ll stand out exceptionally well in our team if you:** * Possess analytical thinking and critical, results-oriented vision; * Routinely use data and analytics for decision-making; * Can translate data into actionable insights; * Communicate effectively with both technical and business teams; * Demonstrate proactivity and ownership mindset; * Are organized and detail-oriented. **Additional Information** Company located in Alphaville \- Barueri **Hybrid Model (3 days onsite)** We are always focused on delivering the best experience for our Credsysters: **Learn more:** Meal and food allowance.
