After all, it is 100% Brazilian and built by people who truly believe in the words of our founder: ***“Hard work conquers all!”***. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Operate low-complexity machinery and equipment related to the production process, including equipment startup and peripheral activation; verify feasibility of executing production scheduling per Production Control Planning (PCP); ensure all safety devices are functional; and manage critical process variables to guarantee high performance. * Support maintenance activities on equipment operated; monitor raw material consumption; analyze and report deviations; conduct periodic rotating inventory; and perform various other process-related tasks to ensure smooth departmental operations. * Perform quality routines in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), including reprocessing disposal and equipment cleaning; report and quarantine non-conforming products; and verify and ensure adherence to the Technical Process Standard (TPS), thereby guaranteeing established quality standards. * Carry out TPM routines: identify anomalies in machinery and equipment; issue quality, maintenance, environmental, and safety tags; and participate in their resolution. Submit SSMA (Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality) Behavioral Observations and Non-Conformity Reports; attend Productivity Meetings and Pre/Post PCM meetings when requested—to maximize equipment and production process efficiency and productivity. * Perform occasional general service tasks as directed by management, ensuring basic equipment and workplace conditions. * Understand and apply conscious consumption practices and natural resource conservation in alignment with the company’s SSMA policies; recognize environmental impacts and risks; and familiarize oneself with emergency response procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School (Preferred) **Worth noting:** Second shift from Monday to Saturday, 2:05 PM to 10:20 PM. **Additional Information** **Here’s what we offer:** * Monthly product basket. * Cafeteria: breakfast, lunch, and dinner. * Medical and dental plans. * “Cuidar” Program: focused on health care and social assistance for you and your family. * Meal allowance. * Christmas basket at year-end and children’s kit for your kids. * PPR — Profit Sharing Plan. * Payroll-deductible loan. * Study grant. * Educary — Education program for youth and adults. * Life insurance with coverage up to 24 monthly salaries. * Gym benefit (Wellhub).
