After all, it is 100% Brazilian and built by people who truly believe in the words of our founder: ***“Hard work conquers all!”***. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Operate low-complexity machinery and equipment related to the production process, including equipment startup and peripheral activation; verify feasibility of executing production scheduling per Production Control Planning (PCP); ensure all safety devices are functional; and manage critical process variables to guarantee high performance. * Support maintenance activities on equipment operated; monitor raw material consumption; analyze and report deviations; conduct periodic rotating inventory; and perform various other process-related tasks to ensure smooth departmental operations. * Perform quality routines in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), including reprocessing disposal and equipment cleaning; report and quarantine non-conforming products; and verify and ensure adherence to the Technical Process Standard (TPS), thereby guaranteeing established quality standards. * Carry out TPM routines: identify anomalies in machinery and equipment; issue quality, maintenance, environmental, and safety tags; and participate in their resolution.
