Managing litter and cleaning poultry houses **POULTRY OPERATIONS OPERATOR** Descalvado \- SP **Responsibilities:** Perform various tasks in the layer house, ensuring good conditions for the birds; Collect eggs from the conveyor belt and litter; Count daily mortality and remove dead birds from the house; Ensure feed availability by monitoring silo stock levels and equipment operation; Check water levels and ensure adequate supply; Clean filters, trays, and corridors, performing replacements and maintenance as needed; Assist in removing old birds and prepare the house for new pullets; Weigh birds and count production; Manage litter and clean around poultry houses; Maintain organization and cleanliness of the houses; Perform other duties related to the position as directed by supervisors. **Requirements:** Relevant experience is a plus; **Employment Type: Full-time CLT** Salary to be negotiated Variable compensation; Benefits: Health insurance; Telemedicine; Dental plan; Pharmacy discount program; Company-provided transportation; Physical food basket or card-based benefit; Wellhub (gyms and wellness); E-learning platform. **Working Hours:** Rotating 5x1 schedule \- 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Job Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$1\.900,00 \- R$2\.100,00 per month Work Location: On-site
