Job Summary: Pizza maker assistant responsible for preparing, assembling, and finishing pizzas; organizing the kitchen; and supporting the pizza maker, all while adhering to hygiene and safety standards. Key Highlights: 1. Assist the pizza maker in the agile production of pizzas 2. Prepare dough, sauces, and fillings according to house standards 3. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workplace **Responsibilities:** * Assist in preparing dough, sauces, and fillings according to house standards; * Support pizza assembly and finishing; * Organize and sanitize ingredients prior to preparation; * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workplace (countertops, utensils, and equipment); * Monitor proper storage of supplies in accordance with food safety regulations; * Assist in tracking product expiration dates and restocking items; * Support the pizza maker during operations to ensure production efficiency; * Follow technical specifications and quality standards established by the company; * Comply with workplace hygiene and safety regulations. **Night shift position: 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM, CLT employment regime, 6-day workweek with 1 day off, Aldeota neighborhood.** **Prior experience in this role required.** Compensation: R$1\.674,00 \- R$2\.200,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Experience: * Pizzeria experience?
