City: Nova Odessa - SP **Job Description** We seek an experienced, detail-oriented, and quality-conscious professional for construction and maintenance activities within an industrial setting. The Industrial Mason will be responsible for performing masonry work, repairs, and finishing tasks, ensuring safety, accuracy, and structural durability across the plant. **Responsibilities** * Perform masonry, concrete pouring, plastering, laying, and general repairs on industrial structures. * Prepare and organize materials, mortars, tools, and work equipment. * Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and technical instructions. * Construct foundations, floors, retaining walls, trenches, walls, and other structures as directed by engineering or maintenance departments. * Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on existing areas. * Collaborate with electricians, plumbers, assemblers, and other industrial professionals. * Follow safety regulations, use PPE, and adhere to good work practices. * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite. **Requirements** * Experience as an Industrial Mason or in civil construction. * Ability to read and interpret construction drawings. * Knowledge of traditional masonry, concrete work, and finishing techniques. * Capacity to work with precision and organization. * Availability to work in a factory environment. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in industries, plants, factories, or industrial building maintenance. * Knowledge of small formwork and reinforcement. * Basic understanding of occupational safety practices applicable to industrial environments.
