Pedagogical Advisor \- RP 19426 \- Fiep System (Fiep, Sesi, Senai, and IEL). What are the challenges and key responsibilities? Coordinate, develop, and monitor pedagogical planning alongside teachers and teaching technicians, considering curricular content, methodologies, teaching strategies, assessment methods, and extracurricular activities—with special attention to students requiring inclusive support; Guide and monitor teaching practices, promoting reflection on methodologies, assessment criteria and tools, with a focus on inclusion and students’ holistic development; Analyze and propose improvements to instructional and supplementary materials, ensuring their suitability for diverse learning needs; Monitor and support parallel recovery processes, guaranteeing effective strategies for students experiencing learning difficulties; Participate in the selection, evaluation, and updating of textbooks and pedagogical resources; Support and advise families, mediating relationships among school, students, and teachers—especially in situations involving inclusion; Promote and monitor continuous professional development for teachers and technical staff, focusing on inclusive practices and professional growth; Convene and participate in pedagogical meetings, contributing to the development, implementation, and review of the institution’s pedagogical proposal; Organize pedagogical records, prepare reports, and analyze educational data to support decision-making. Evaluate pedagogical projects, plans, and initiatives, proposing adjustments when necessary to ensure the effectiveness of educational objectives; Research, evaluate, and implement new educational technologies and resources that foster inclusion and learning; Participate in selection processes and integration of new teachers and teaching technicians; Plan and monitor pedagogical actions and projects jointly with other knowledge areas; Ensure compliance with official educational guidelines and regulations; Organize classes, support pedagogical logistics, and guide the production and use of instructional materials; Monitor processes and ensure adherence to institutional quality procedures; Develop and update course manuals, providing clear guidance to students; Carry out other pedagogical area-related activities, with emphasis on inclusion and teaching quality. **Requirements:** What are the main requirements? Completed undergraduate degree in Pedagogy; Specialization course in the field of practice is desirable; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Experience in Elementary School (Years 6–9) and High School is desirable; Intermediate/Advanced English proficiency is desirable; For internal candidates, eligibility criteria per PL 0031 (4\.2\.3\) must be met. **Learn more about some details of this opportunity:** **Workplace location:** Sesi \- Curitiba and Metropolitan Region. **Working hours:** As required by the unit (Monday to Friday) \- 40 hours per week.
