Cost optimization and continuous process improvement **Job Description:** Responsible for production planning and control as well as procurement management, ensuring material supply, on-time delivery, cost reduction, and alignment among production, inventory, and suppliers. **Main Responsibilities:** * Plan and control production according to orders and production capacity * Issue and monitor production orders * Manage inventory levels of raw materials, supplies, and finished goods * Procure production-related and indirect materials * Negotiate with suppliers (price, delivery time, payment terms) * Monitor delivery schedules and ensure production supply * Analyze material consumption, inventory turnover, and replenishment needs * Collaborate closely with sales, production, and finance departments * Pursue cost reduction and continuous process improvement **Requirements:** * Experience in PCP and/or Procurement * Knowledge of production planning and inventory control * Supplier negotiation skills * Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems * Organizational skills, accountability, and analytical mindset **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in the metallurgical industry * Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings * Basic knowledge of industrial costing Employment Type: Full-time, CLT permanent contract Compensation: R$2.800,00 - R$3.300,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Food allowance * Meal voucher Work Location: On-site
