




Job Summary: Responsible for manufacturing confectionery products, including ingredient separation, mixing, shaping, cutting, and baking, in compliance with safety and hygiene standards. Focusing on safety, hygiene, and good practices in food production Responsible for manufacturing confectionery products, separating and mixing ingredients for doughs, fillings, and toppings, operating confectionery production utensils and machinery, shaping, cutting, and baking products, while adhering to safety, quality, and hygiene standards for food production. Separate raw materials for confectionery production. Follow recipes for confectionery product manufacturing according to instructions from Senior Pastry Chef/Chef. Feed raw materials into machinery, operate them, and monitor the production process, following the company’s standard recipes. Shape doughs or place them into appropriate molds for producing various confectionery items, such as sponge cakes, general doughs, etc. Bake doughs from confectionery production in suitable ovens, using PPE and observing the required baking time for each product. Keep the workplace organized and perform daily cleaning in accordance with the Good Manufacturing Practices manual; wash baking trays, machines, and utensils used in product manufacturing. Ensure safety, maintenance, and cleanliness of equipment such as mixers, ovens, and kitchen utensils. Maintain personal hygiene and wear appropriate uniforms, hairnets, and PPE for food production, in accordance with the Good Manufacturing Practices manual.
