We guarantee service quality by valuing our employees with smiles and dedication, being ALWAYS CLOSE TO YOU! **MISSION:** Produce pastry items, adhering to hygiene and safety standards and according to Vila Galé's standards. **YOUR PROFILE:** * High school or technical degree in Pastry or related fields. * Knowledge of Food Safety and HACCP standards; * Knowledge of pastry and baking techniques; * Experience in the role, which may include bakeries, restaurants, bars, cafes, supermarkets, among others; * Experience in the hotel industry or large-scale production facilities will be an advantage; * Customer orientation, organization, attention to detail, creativity, teamwork, staff training orientation, resource management, high sense of responsibility, and urgency awareness. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Complete production of all menu items, on small or large scale (doughs, cakes, puddings, pies, cookies, mousses, among others). * Maintain and care for department work equipment. Guide and train pastry assistants and helpers; * Carry out productions according to orders; * Request goods for production. Assist in controlling purchases, inventory, and stocktaking within the Pastry Department.
