




We are looking for a passionate Pastry Assistant who loves cakes and wants to join our team! The professional will assist the head pastry chef in all stages of production, ensuring the quality and standards of our products. Key Responsibilities * Assist in preparing doughs, fillings, frostings, and desserts, following in-house recipes and technical sheets. * Support the assembly, decoration, and finishing of cakes and pies. * Perform mise en place and accurately weigh ingredients. * Maintain organization and cleanliness of the workstation, utensils, and equipment, adhering to hygiene and food safety standards (GMP). * Assist in receiving, verifying, and properly storing supplies and products. Requirements * Completed high school education. * Basic knowledge of pastry techniques and food hygiene principles. * Manual dexterity, attention to detail, and refined aesthetic sense. * Proactivity, organization, responsibility, and ability to work effectively as part of a team under pressure. * Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
