After all, it is 100% Brazilian and built by people who truly believe in the words of our founder: ***“Hard work conquers all!”***. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform various painting tasks on walls, construction sites, artifacts, piping, and equipment. * Operate paint application equipment—including spray guns, rollers, and brushes—and dilute and prepare paints according to technical specifications, thereby ensuring structural integrity and longevity. * Carry out building maintenance by repairing leaks, performing proper cleaning of the area prior to product application to ensure preservation. * Conduct periodic maintenance routes, inspecting masonry and metallic structures to identify and correct defects related to painting and conservation, thus guaranteeing surface integrity and structural durability. * Prepare surfaces to be treated—including leveling, cleaning, protecting adjacent areas, and applying sealants as needed—to ensure maintenance quality. * Assess the site before performing maintenance activities, identifying appropriate signage types and required PPE to ensure safety for all involved and compliance with emergency procedures, as well as proper waste disposal. * Periodically implement the 5S program in the area—organizing the workplace, toolboxes, and painting materials—to maintain a clean environment and promote productivity. * Understand and apply conscious consumption practices and natural resource conservation, in line with the company’s SSMA policies, recognizing environmental impacts and risks, and becoming familiar with emergency response procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School (Mandatory); * Prior experience as a painter (Desirable); * Driver’s License Category B and availability for travel (Desirable).
