




Job Summary: Responsible for the production of bakery products, from ingredient preparation to baking, in compliance with safety and hygiene standards. Key Highlights: 1. Full-scale production of bakery products. 2. Operation of equipment and assurance of hygiene throughout the process. 3. Guidance to assistants and custodial staff regarding safety and maintenance. **Summary:** Responsible for the production of bakery products, including ingredient preparation, handling of tools and production machinery, dough shaping, cutting, and baking—strictly adhering to safety, quality, and hygiene standards for food production. **Main Duties/Responsibilities:** Prepare raw materials for bakery product manufacturing. Follow recipes for bakery product manufacturing. Feed raw materials into machines, operate them, and monitor the production process. Shape dough for bread, crackers, cookies, savory snacks, etc. Bake dough from bakery product manufacturing in appropriate ovens, using PPE and observing the specified baking time for each product. Maintain an organized workspace; perform daily cleaning of the work area according to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines; wash baking trays, machines, and utensils used in product manufacturing. Ensure safety and proper maintenance of equipment such as mixers, ovens, and kitchen utensils. Guide bakery assistants/helpers during product manufacturing. Maintain personal hygiene and wear appropriate uniforms, hairnets, and PPE for food production in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines.
