Ethics and integrity underpin all business relationships, as do humility, commitment, and diversity. **Job Description** Assists in operating delinting equipment in accordance with operational procedures and the department’s process map, while ensuring cleaning and maintenance per the cleaning schedule. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assists in monitoring the delinting process for cottonseed, critically analyzing indicators per the process map. * Operates departmental equipment per the standard operating procedure (SOP), performing necessary adjustments to meet process and quality parameters. * Reports deviations and anomalies encountered during the process to the supervisor to restore normal operating conditions. * Completes and signs the daily shift report. * Ensures sector cleanliness and organization (housekeeping) per cleaning schedules, including completing and signing related documentation. * Assists in implementing management system practices within the mini-business of the department. * Assists in executing maintenance activities during scheduled shutdowns. **Qualifications** Completed high school education; Availability to work rotating shifts. **Additional Information** **Diversity, Inclusion and Equity** Diversity is part of our DNA.
