That’s why we seek talents like you—people who dream big and want to make a difference! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform “Service Orders (SO)” as scheduled by the system or directed by immediate management, ensuring SLA compliance and activity quality; * Carry out activities related to splicing preparation and testing of optical cables, supporting the Network Technician and/or Supervisor; * Perform opening and cleaning of optical cables, ensuring customer connectivity and quality; * Lay optical fiber cables; * Adapt the network infrastructure, install hardware components, and erect utility poles; * Lay optical fiber cables; * Assist in identifying network faults, with or without monitoring; * Perform tasks according to instructions/training, ensuring network standardization; * If necessary, perform vegetation pruning/cutting to ensure proper cable laying or excavation for maintenance or cable laying; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School education * Availability to work on a 6x1 schedule (including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays as per roster); * Technical experience and familiarity with telecommunications network installation and maintenance procedures is desirable; * Willingness to travel; * Valid and active Class B driver’s license (CNH B); **Additional Information** * Transportation Allowance * Group Life Insurance * Meal Allowance or Food Voucher * Giga+ Discount * Health Plan * Dental Plan * Day Off * Total Pass * E-learning Platform on Intranet * Giga Inclusion Support * Pregnancy Program – Benefit Card * Active partnerships with INATEL; OPEN ENGLISH; TOUR HOUSE; SAMSUNG; MOVIDA; YOUCAST-TELEMEDICINE offering exclusive discounts to Alloha employees.
