Responsibilities: * Implement and monitor execution of procedures outlined in the SND Good Practices Manual; * Verify food production processes; * Plan, guide, and conduct training programs and initiatives for SND staff; * Request non-perishable food supplies from the warehouse according to the daily inventory and procurement schedule; * Record shift-related incidents.
