Manufacturing and Packaging:** Learn equipment operation to meet production plans and assist in adjusting parameters required for proper equipment functioning; perform cleaning and support activities on the production line.**02. Safety, Quality, and Sustainability Practices:** Follow Safety and Health instructions and participate in prevention programs to strengthen accident prevention culture; Follow Quality and Food Safety instructions to prevent internal or external dissatisfaction or losses; Follow Sustainability instructions to avoid environmental impacts.**03. Performance** Participate in initiatives aimed at cost reduction and performance improvement to enhance the company’s competitiveness; Apply analytical tools, problem-solving techniques, and continuous improvement methodologies for processes, people, and products, enabling operational autonomy and product manufacturing; Assist in recording and analyzing production data to monitor and contribute to performance projects and productivity indicators;**04. Projects** Assist in conducting trials and production plans for industrial testing to support feasibility analysis of Innovation and Renewal projects. Participate in training and contribute to implementing methodologies and defining standards for new projects, aiming for vertical start-up of the production line. **What Will Make You Successful?** * Completed or ongoing High School education, with technical studies underway * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; * Initiative and proactivity.
