Metal Formwork Assembler

Description

Execution of marking, assembly, disassembly, and cleaning of aluminum metal formwork for concrete walls. For the first assembly, follow the apartment color coding and numbering; separate corner components and two panels, apply mold release agent, then install pins and wedges to prevent wall collapse; thereafter, simply follow the numbering sequence until all walls are completed. Install EQLS (radii and pins) to initiate ceiling formwork assembly. Install ceiling panels (FL) according to project modular layout, simultaneously supporting the ceiling with props. Apply wall-mounted battens to proceed with external wall assembly; then install sleeve protectors and commence façade assembly. Upon completion of façade assembly, install cycle panels (CPCD) and small posts to assemble the peripheral structure; apply mold release agent to the slab. **Benefits:** To be determined **Required Qualifications:** Proven experience as an aluminum formwork assembler, documented in employment record book (CTPS).
