Job Summary: Marking, assembly, disassembly, and cleaning of aluminum metal formwork for concrete walls and ceilings. Key Highlights: 1. Assembly and disassembly of aluminum metal formwork. 2. Assembly of concrete walls and ceilings. 3. Application of form release agent on formwork and slabs. Execution of marking, assembly, disassembly, and cleaning of aluminum metal formwork for concrete walls. Initial assembly following apartment color coding and numbering; separate corner components and two panels, apply form release agent, then install pins and wedges to prevent wall collapse; subsequently follow numbering sequence to complete all walls. Install EQLS (radies and pinning) to initiate ceiling assembly; install ceiling panels (FL) according to project modular layout and immediately support the ceiling with props; apply wall-mounted faquetas to assemble the exterior, then install camisetas and commence facade assembly; after completing facade assembly, install cycle panels (CPCD) and small posts to assemble the perimeter; apply form release agent on the slab.
