Perform vehicle diagnostics, inspections, preventive and corrective maintenance according to procedures pre\-established by the manufacturer and/or Grupo Enzo, aiming to resolve mechanical issues while ensuring service quality at the business unit. * Perform technical vehicle diagnostics to define the scope of required services; * Ensure integrity and preservation of received vehicles as well as customers’ belongings; * Execute mechanical and electrical services, ensuring all safety procedures are followed; * Ensure customer satisfaction regarding contracted services; * Ensure agility, quality, and safety in performed services, avoiding rework.
