Culture that values proactivity and creativity Perform vehicle maintenance services according to established deadlines for delivery, workplace safety, and quality, thereby ensuring customer satisfaction and vehicle safety, and contributing to the productivity of the technical assistance department. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Main Activities:** * Perform work and all process development collaboratively in pairs. * Receive and advise customers regarding the operating conditions of vehicle components and systems, preventive maintenance, and services performed. * Assemble and inspect motorcycle accessories upon delivery and installation, in compliance with the manufacturer's manual. * Clean motorcycles as specified in the Service Order (OS) and procedures defined by the manufacturer and dealership.
