Additional qualifications that will be considered advantageous: * Prior experience in motorcycle mechanical maintenance. * Previous work experience at vehicle dealerships. * Perform simple mechanical repairs and part replacements by disassembling the engine and vehicle components using appropriate tools and equipment to ensure proper vehicle operation. * Develop customer service and service sales approaches by consulting the customer’s history in the system and conducting consultative interviews to maximize sales opportunities and deliver excellent service. * Monitor service sales processes by completing the vehicle intake checklist, issuing Service Orders (S.O.) via the system, verifying the vehicle owner’s documents, and delivering customer satisfaction surveys for completion, ensuring accurate information flow within the department. * Track open Service Orders (S.O.s) by querying the corporate system to finalize the vehicle process. * Attend in-person and web-based manufacturer training courses according to the schedule provided by the Human Resources Department to ensure certification and maintain the manufacturer-defined performance index. * Keep your senior management and supervision informed about the progress of tasks under your responsibility, proactively seeking solutions to issues encountered to enable effective managerial oversight. * Perform other duties as assigned by the department manager. * Respect the needs, integrity, expectations, and privacy of our customers, colleagues, third parties, suppliers, communities, institutions, and governmental bodies, thereby ensuring compliance with the Group’s Code of Ethics. 2511210202471881971
