Working Hours: \*2nd shift, Monday to Thursday from 4:00 PM to 2:00 AM, Friday from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM\* Description: * Primary focus on mechanical assembly of large-scale machinery * Assembly of machine assemblies and subassemblies * Experience with: engines, gearboxes, bearings, couplings Main Responsibilities: * Performs assembly of machines and mechanical assemblies, controlling dimensional and visual quality according to drawings and technical specifications. * Performs assembly of machines and mechanical assemblies as specified in Production Orders. * Adjusts parts using lathes, milling machines, drills, etc., during mechanical assembly processes. * Performs adjustments and calibrations on equipment as needed to ensure operation within specified tolerances. This may include adjustments to speed, pressure, alignment, and other settings. * Diagnoses and corrects mechanical failures, replaces worn or damaged parts, and performs repairs to maintain full equipment functionality. * Controls the quality of performed assembly (dimensional and visual) according to parameters indicated in equipment drawings and specifications. * Handles material movement (sheets and parts) required for work, using forklifts and overhead cranes.
