The Lead Mechanic will be responsible for coordinating and guiding the mechanic and assistant teams, ensuring maintenance tasks are carried out according to the quality, productivity, and safety standards established by the vehicle manufacturer and the company. You will serve as the team’s technical reference, supporting resolution of more complex diagnostics and organizing workshop routines. #### **Main responsibilities:** * Provide technical support to the team in identifying and resolving mechanical failures; * Monitor work orders, prioritizing deadlines and demands; * Ensure correct application of procedures and safety regulations; * Track productivity and quality indicators for completed services; * Conduct tests, inspections, and validation of repairs prior to vehicle delivery; * Support technical training of the team and professional development; * Maintain organization of the department, tools, and equipment. * Other duties inherent to the role. #### **Mandatory requirements:** * Completed technical education in Automotive Mechanics or related fields; * Prior experience as an automotive mechanic and/or technical leader; * Knowledge of diagnostic techniques for electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems; * Ability to read and interpret technical manuals; * Driver's license category B. #### **Benefits:** * As per region.
