Your role at Baxter Perform electromechanical maintenance on industrial equipment to ensure high availability, reliability, and operational performance through corrective, preventive, and continuous improvement activities. What you will do * Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on electromechanical systems, including diagnostics, repairs, and replacements * Support electrical installations and assembly of panels and equipment * Conduct failure analysis (RCA), monitor key indicators (OEE, MTBF, MTTR), and propose improvements * Contribute to basic adjustments on PLCs and inverters, as well as continuous process improvements * Prepare technical reports, guide less-experienced personnel, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards What we seek in you * Technical degree in Electromechanics, Electronics, or related fields * Prior experience in industrial maintenance (preferably in pharmaceutical, plastics, or metallurgical industries) * Knowledge of: electrical control systems, schematic reading, PLCs (basic level), motors/inverters/servos, sensors, and fundamental mechanical concepts * Experience with failure analysis (RCA) and maintenance performance indicators * Valid NR\-10, NR\-33, and NR\-35 certifications (or current recertification) * Flexibility regarding working hours Equal Employment Opportunity Baxter is an equal opportunity employer.
