Maintenance Mechanic primarily working in areas including Milk Receiving, Central CIP, Dosimetry, Standardization, Evaporators, and Spray Dryers. An unparalleled opportunity to acquire broad knowledge in the maintenance field. **Day-to-Day Responsibilities...** * Performing corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance on mechanical equipment (gearboxes, centrifugal and positive displacement pumps, homogenizers, mixers, heat exchangers, milk silos, steam valves, centrifuges, milk condensation and drying processes, etc.); * Implementing improvements in mechanical systems, aiming to increase reliability and reduce costs; * Actively participating in the GTM (Maintenance Working Group); * Recording technical data and daily work routines in the Globe system, AMM/SAP module; * Supporting implementation of MA and MP steps on the production line (NCE). **What Will Contribute to Your Success?** * Technical education focused on industrial mechanics and proven experience; * Flexibility regarding working hours; * Knowledge of technical drawings and diagram interpretation; * Understanding of Preventive and Predictive Maintenance concepts within the maintenance team; * Understanding and application of 5S principles in daily work; * Familiarity with the SAP system, AMM module; * Basic knowledge of NR\-13, NR\-33, and NR\-35; * Knowledge and application of tools used in predictive maintenance; * Basic computer skills, Microsoft Office suite; * Initiative, proactive cooperation, and results orientation.
