A company that upholds respect as a core value and prioritizes the well-being of our employees. **If it feels good, we do it!** **Position Summary** * Location: Araras\-SP * Area: Chocolate Drinks Maintenance * Reporting to: Maintenance Coordination **A Day in the Life of...** * Specific: Implementation and development of PLC and frequency inverter programs. * '\- Accessing and modifying PLCs and implementing improvements. * Optimizing and modifying machines for performance, quality, and productivity. * Instrument calibration. * Interacting with, modifying, and improving AC/DC circuits, motors, and servo motors with high autonomy. * Replacing, adjusting, calibrating, and proposing improvements for capacitive, inductive, level, analog, and digital sensors; pressure and flow transmitters in general. * Programming, modifying, and enhancing HMI screens and supervisory systems—including Archestra software and server, and HMIs in general—with support from the automation team. * Product \& Process Mastership: Ensure your expertise supports the Innovation and Renewal process, maintaining connections with suppliers, PTCs, and corporate units to assist in developing new technologies and protecting / implementing technological know\-how. Supporting processes, product quality, and safety. Interact autonomously in coffee filling and packaging processes, capable of proposing improvements and solutions to reduce PNP impacts and increase productivity. * Standards \& Compliance: Ensure processes and equipment within your area of expertise are safe for people, products, and the environment, complying with all applicable legal / Nestlé regulations. * Nestlé Continuous Excellence: Ensure application of maintenance foundations, TPM/NCE initiatives in your area, and Everyday Coaching for production areas. Participate in your area's GTM. * Executes Maintenance Activities: Ensure implementation of the maintenance strategy based on St \- 00\.907\-03. Participate in strategy execution by collaborating with the Maintenance team, understanding AMM processes and transactions related to maintenance. Conduct ADQ with the maintenance team and guarantee analysis quality and integrity.
