Job Summary: Electrical maintenance professional responsible for inspecting, repairing, and assembling electrical components in equipment and infrastructure, aiming for quality and cost minimization. Key Highlights: 1. Performing corrective, preventive, and predictive electrical maintenance. 2. Responsible for maintaining heavy and industrial equipment. 3. Perform corrective, preventive, and predictive electrical maintenance on equipment by inspecting, repairing, and assembling damaged electrical components to ensure the highest final product quality and cost minimization. Responsible for executing the preventive maintenance plan (industrial and building-related) and guaranteeing maximum equipment/unit availability. Record collected equipment data in spreadsheets as part of maintenance monitoring activities; also perform corrective maintenance tasks in administrative areas and infrastructure. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on heavy machinery and equipment (Caterpillar, Komatsu, and others), including installation, inspection, repair, and/or replacement of electrical-electronic circuits, motors, fuses, compressors, and other components, conducting tests to ensure ideal operating conditions. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Inspect electrical circuits of industrial equipment—including trucks, tractors, machine tools, industrial equipment, and field equipment—by testing components using appropriate instruments, including precision tools, relying on sensory perception and technical drawings to locate and identify potential defects; * Disassemble defective parts using wrenches and tools to carry out necessary repairs and adjustments; * Inspect equipment electrical circuits using specific measuring and electronic instruments, scales, calipers, micrometers, test lamps, and other means, paying attention to safety conditions to detect circuit abnormalities; * Disassemble electrical controls, switches, motors, generators, and auxiliary equipment using appropriate tools to replace or recover defective parts; * Replace electrical component parts such as coils, contacts, brushes, devices, wires, switches, conduits, bearings, and others by removing, disassembling, cutting, installing units or devices, to comply with the maintenance plan or for circuit recovery purposes; * Assemble motor control panels, machine control panels, generator control panels, and other assemblies using appropriate tools, specialized electrical materials, and mechanical, electrical, and electronic parts to maintain the equipment’s electrical system in perfect working condition; * Actively participate in emergency operations, following procedures according to received training, remaining vigilant throughout all operations—including proper use of safety equipment—to add value to the task force in immediately containing critical situations; **Requirements and Qualifications** * High school diploma preferred; * Technical course in Electrotechnology, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related fields; * NR-10 certification and Electrical Installations and Services training; * Sense of urgency, agility, focus, willingness to learn and teach, excellent physical stamina, initiative, discipline, teamwork spirit, and strong interpersonal skills; * Prior experience of 3 to 5 years preferred. **Additional Information** * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Gym allowance * Pharmacy allowance * Christmas basket * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher #### **Transformation is part of human essence.** #### **Every evolutionary process is driven by change.
