At our core, we foster a human-centered environment: passionate people driven by the purpose of improving quality of life and contributing to a healthier future. **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities...** * Lead shift handover (SHO) technical meetings and daily operational reviews (DOR) in workshops, ensuring alignment across departments and defining daily technical priorities; * Ensure adherence to planned activities, monitor execution of operational routines, track Failure/Breakdown Analyses (ADQ), and conduct necessary validations with management; * Integrate position responsibilities by supporting technical operators’ planning, as well as actively participating in local leadership’s daily (DOR) and weekly (WOR) meetings, contributing to performance analysis and decision-making. The role conducts rounds and inspections in partnership with team leaders, ensuring operational standards and identifying opportunities for improvement; * Support departmental cost management, perform material coding, prepare purchase requests (RFQs), and oversee the entire procurement process, including follow\-up with suppliers; * Plan technical activities with external suppliers, driving continuous improvement and workplace transformation projects; * Align work demands with the operations team and support technical resource planning jointly with the specialty planner. The role monitors scheduled shutdowns alongside technical teams and provides direct support during unscheduled shutdowns, contributing to rapid resolution and resumption of operations. **What Will Contribute to Your Success?** * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Engineering (Technologist or Engineer); * Field experience leading or supporting your area of specialization; * Experience participating in technology projects, process optimization, and/or continuous improvement initiatives is desirable; * Knowledge of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) is desirable.
