After all, it is 100% Brazilian—and built by people who truly believe in the words of our founder: ***“Hard work conquers all!”***. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Operate cargo and material handling machinery and equipment. * Prepare pallets for the picking area and execute material handling and loading processes. * Support execution of inventory routines. * Perform quality routines—including disposal of rework items, equipment cleaning, adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and implementation of the Process Technical Standard (PTS). * Carry out routine management activities—such as opening quality, maintenance, environmental, and safety labels; drafting non-conformance reports; performing 5S organization and cleaning routines; identifying anomalies; and proposing improvements. * Understand and apply conscious consumption practices and natural resource preservation, in compliance with the company’s SSMA (Safety, Security, Health, and Environment) policies—comprehending environmental impacts and risks, and becoming familiar with emergency response procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications** * High school diploma (or equivalent) is mandatory. **Worth noting:** Second shift from Monday to Saturday, 2:20 PM to 10:35 PM. **Additional Information** **Here’s what we offer:** * Monthly product basket. * Cafeteria: breakfast, lunch, and dinner. * Medical and dental plans. * “Cuidar” Program: focused on health care and social assistance for you and your family. * Meal allowance. * Christmas basket at year-end and children’s kit for your kids. * PPR — Profit Sharing Plan. * Payroll-deductible loan. * Study grant. * Educary — Education program for youth and adults. * Life insurance with coverage up to 24 monthly salaries. * Gym benefit (Wellhub).
