Job Summary: Coordinate distribution operations, ensuring internal processes, service level, and cost control, while leading secondary transportation projects, monitoring KPIs, and developing the team. With our 46 industrial units, we offer healthy and nutritious products marketed globally through our 23 distribution centers and 17 international offices. **Responsibilities and Duties** Coordinate distribution operations, ensuring compliance with internal processes, service level, and cost targets; identify service requirements; request carrier hiring for supply needs; and monitor negotiations to meet service level objectives and reduce costs. Conduct monthly meetings with carriers covering relevant topics to understand deviations, aiming at customer satisfaction and delivery service levels. Execute and lead secondary transportation-related projects, including scope definition and approval, disseminating knowledge across the Logistics team, proposing improvements and innovation through weekly and monthly results meetings, aiming to enhance service levels and reduce costs. Monitor and control area KPIs using management dashboards, freight controls, and internal systems to provide accurate information for decision-making and action plan execution.
