**MARTARELLO Solutions** Our client is located in Louveira/SP, a medium-sized family-owned company with over 30 years of experience in the domestic market, operating in the field of building services and maintenance, focusing on solutions (security, agility, and convenience). **We are seeking qualified professionals for: "Locksmith"** **Job responsibilities:** Operate machinery and tools on the job, strictly complying with regulatory standards applicable to the sector, such as NR-18, which provides specific occupational health and safety guidelines for the construction industry. Responsible for manufacturing, assembling, installing, and repairing metal structures using hand tools and specialized machinery. Capable of playing an essential role in civil construction, the metallurgical industry, and various sectors requiring customized, robust metal structures. Able to interpret technical drawings (sketches), measure and cut materials accurately, weld metal parts, and ensure all structures comply with safety and quality standards. Additionally, attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team are essential. Daily tasks include material preparation, assembly of metal structures, installation of gates, grilles, window and door frames, and other metal components. Responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance, identifying faults, and proposing appropriate technical solutions. Knowledge of welding techniques (MIG, coated electrode), oxy-fuel cutting, grinding, and finishing of parts is fundamental. Experience working with carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum will be considered an advantage. Proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and strict adherence to occupational safety regulations are mandatory. The candidate must be committed, punctual, possess strong communication skills, and be willing to continuously learn and develop. Passion for working with metals and desire to be part of a dynamic and innovative team. **Requirements:** Knowledge of cutting, bending, and welding equipment. Familiarity with locksmithing tools; dynamic, proactive, able to work effectively in teams, and available for occasional travel. Knowledge of technical drawings for manufacturing metal parts and structures. **Technical and behavioral skills and competencies:** Organization and attention to detail when handling multiple projects. Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly. Effective communication and teamwork skills.
