We are looking for someone with hands-on experience, strong organizational skills, and an exceptionally responsible attitude to ensure quality and commitment to our clients' deadlines. Main Responsibilities: Assist in the manufacturing of homemade cakes, artistic cakes, and pies. Support the production and finishing of fine chocolates. Prepare doughs, fillings, and toppings according to technical specifications. Maintain workplace organization and hygiene. Requirements: Proven experience in cake and pie manufacturing. Responsible Profile: Punctuality and commitment to production standards. Experience with fine chocolates will be considered a significant advantage. Agility and meticulous attention to detail. Compensation and Benefits: Fixed Salary: BRL 1\.655,00 (CLT). Monthly Bonus: Up to BRL 200,00 (based on team-wide goal achievement). Work Schedule: Rotating 5x2 (5 working days and 2 weekly days off). Meal Voucher: Fully covered by the company, with no salary deductions.
