If you are dynamic, driven, and eager to contribute to our company's growth, join RTT! **We have an opportunity for a Laboratory Assistant** Ensure quality control, safety, and efficiency in operations by using equipment to perform tests. ### **RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS:** **Responsibilities:** * Control the quality of raw materials and finished products through laboratory analyses; * Conduct product inspections in the laboratory to ensure compliance with quality standards; * Request raw materials from the immediate supervisor according to production needs; * Perform cleaning and sterilization of equipment and workbenches, ensuring appropriate conditions for operations; * Test new raw materials to evaluate their feasibility for production; * Perform other related tasks as directed by the immediate supervisor. * Carry out assigned job responsibilities, demonstrating awareness of and contributing to continuous process improvement, as well as applying all procedures related to Health, Safety, Quality, and Environment; Requirements: Academic background: Currently enrolled in or graduated from a technical program in Chemistry; Experience: Experience in rubber industry is preferred, if available.
